Cole Smith

Cole graduated from the University of Oklahoma in the spring of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and a minor in Psychology.

Cole started his Commercial Real Estate career in 2018 at a firm based out of Norman, Oklahoma and took part in a diverse array of projects and tasks such as broker support roles and property management for retail, office, and industrial assets. Two years into this role, Cole began assisting with site selection projects for national food and beverage brands.

He has leased 160,000 square feet of retail and acquired 9 different sites for development.

Cole joined Plains in June 2024 and will focus on project leasing and tenant advisory.
