History

Plains Commercial Real Estate was established in 2019. We envisioned a brokerage company free of the many distractions typical of large corporate brokerage houses, and one where the dealmakers could focus wholly on the task of delivering for their clients. We strive to create a space where personal relationships are paramount, and where the focus is on client outcomes. In 2021 we added Plains Commercial Management, an asset management services company, in order to further create value for our property owners. Our team of professionals works toward a common goal—eliminating miscommunication and aligning perspectives to further achieve the clients’ objectives and deliver great outcomes.
